Deposit + Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your order! Please review our policies below before placing your order.
Deposit
A deposit is required for all cake orders and any order over $50.
• The deposit is 40% of your total and is due at the time of booking
• This deposit is non-refundable and secures your date
• If full payment is made at booking, 40% remains non-refundable
Payment
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to pickup or event date
• Wedding cake balances are due 14 days prior
• If final payment is not received on time, your order will be canceled without refund of deposit
Order Changes
• No changes are allowed within 14 days of your event
• Wedding orders: no changes within 21 days
• Design or flavor changes may be subject to additional fees
Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of pickup.
• Refunds are only given if a quality issue is confirmed
• We reserve the right to determine product quality
• Refunds are not given for personal taste preferences
Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If canceled 14+ days before your event, payments (minus deposit) may be refunded
• If canceled less than 14 days prior, all payments are non-refundable
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed.
